Upon reviewing the local Ontario legal governance, and from our years of experience, there are board of director members on condo associations and management that have conflicting interests. Some were on condo boards but allowed access to the building that was non beneficial to the condo dwelling owners, tenants, and others involved. To mitigate this, from July, there had been a new mandatory requirement for them to disclose whether they are in violation of this agreement and conflicting interest, before doing work for the benefit of the condo owners.
